I bought the premium Louisiana one chip directly from the company. They sent me the standard card without any of the detailed stuff in the premium(safe routes,etc). I paid an additional 200 bucks for the upgrade and instead got the basic card. No big deal for the mix up but I’ve been trying to contact them with email, phone, voicemail, etc for the past week without any luck. Has anyone else dealt with this company before?

I'd like to buy one of their cards. Went to Puglia's but they didn't have the one Im looking for. Might see if I can swing by their place on the north shore and buy directly

I bought one and tried to use the card in a newer Garmin and it didn’t work so I wanted to see what I need to do. I paid $300 and I have an alarm on my phone to call them every Tuesday at 10 and Thursday at 1:00. It’s been 5 months without an answer. Now it’s just principle. I’ll now put a reminder in my phone for Friday to update this post if I ever get an answer. No limits to my reaolve baw.

I would recommend buying from a secondary vendor as they may be able to help you out much easier than dealing with the company directly.

They switched out a damaged card for me a few years ago and it was pretty easy. I think they are located in Abita Springs.

They've been hell to get on the phone for me in the past as well, ridiculous.
