Yall be seafe down south. The storm just passed through here and it was rough. Make sure you tie down anything you don't want to fly away. My lawn chairs were flying across the yard to the woodline.

Just got home from Blanchard, lots of trees down and road closures over there. Wasn't expecting this, but I guess its falling in line with past Easter day storms.

There was a minor tornado in stonewall yesterday. Trees and powerlines are still down in some areas.

10/4 only got sprinkles over here, saw that church in Frierson got tore up pretty bad. I had no idea all that shite happened yesterday until I saw pictures on the news.

I'm not sure exactly where but on Bert Kouns, my cousin was taking cover under an awning and the wind took it off. Parts of it fell onto the hood of the car, but everybody was ok.

Looks like a hell of a storm. I could use some rain, don't need the rest of it.

I drove through it between Rayville and Mecca. It was pretty stout.
My dog in the back was thankful for her kennel.

I hope that mofo dissipates some before it gets down here. Glad I decided not to go to the camp.

Just passed thru Central. Wasn't too bad. Got a 1/4" rain in about 20 minutes though. Glad I planted yesterday.

Gawds country.
The bottom dropped out on us in New Roads heading south.
Got out of it and back in BR just in time to grab baby House and the beagle out of the vehicle (Mrs. House has a Honda CRV brand new - it's her truck...
I don't have a carport or garage so I guess I won't be unloading the 13 tons of stuff until later.
Go the ice chest with beer and liquor out though.
happy Easter y'all.

Batten down the hatches on the Northshore.

Wise move, I dicked around and left my slicker I truck walked inside and then it sounded like a tornado was going to hit. Looked outside and my SILs were dodging debris and then the hail started. It didn't last long but damn it was loud on that metal roof.

Just looked at the radar, that was just a squal that came through. Big shite isn't here yet. We're about to get on the road back to BR.
