Kept it simple. I like to have breakfast for dinner once a week or so.

Last night I cooked a helluva batch of fried green trout and white beans. Drank about 10 white cans too.

Sghetti with ravioli by mrs rattles. A few white cans. Got skunked today at Lake Tangi. Bass were jumping out the water in the creek upper side but they wouldnt bite a thing.

Crawfish Bisque is my favorite.
Made some fresh fish and crab sauces tonight. Washed down with a little Four Roses.
