Send it back. I called them up told the lady my cooler is a year and a half old and it’s bullshite you pay 150 for something to fall apart. She told me to email pictures and five minutes later sent me a return notice to mail it back.

AO 36. It's vinyl and fits tightly behind my seat in my Outback.

Good to know I’ll call em and hopefully they will send me something

I have two Kysek soft coolers. Made overseas but their offices are in Covington and they actually honor their warranty. I haven’t needed the warranty but a person in Covington picks up the phone when you call.

The bad thing is the only thing holding the top to the side is the glue. Mine had come completely unglued and had hole in the top the cooler.

My wife gave me one for my birthday in November, 2 weeks ago I notice the bottom is coming all unglued. Contact Rtic and they send me a label to return it. New cooler comes in the mail 4 days later, use it twice and noticed the top coming unglued. I asked to exchange it for a 30 hard side cooler, told me I couldn’t exchange it but they would give me credit for another purchase.

Whata know, you do get what you pay for. No issues with my Hoppers that are several years old now.

My Rtic soft cooler has been fantastic.

I’ve never had any issues with my RTIC but I prefer my Orca. Only softside I have is a polar bear and never had a problem with it.

Stop being a cheap arse and get a yeti.

I have the same 2 as you mentioned for both over a year and I have had no issues with either.

My YETI 30 has been through a football season last year, got checked at MSY, Flown to HOU/Hobby then to Cabo stuffed with boudin with no issues. Came fishing twice in the Pacific. Checked back again filled with ice and fish to go back stateside. Has been to the beach multiple times since and on roadies.
No issues.
You get what you pay for. Unless you get a cooler from No colors. Those are such a badass deal!

Exact same thing happened to mine. shite product made by an even shittier company. Yeti is king. It’s my fault for buying something else.

They may have moved but about 5 years ago they stored their inventory in storage units at the self storage facility behind/next to Mandeville Ace Hardware.
I was moving some stuff in there one day and there was an 18 wheeler backed in and 4 units were all opened up. They were offloading them by size into each of the opened units.
This was actually before they were known as Kysek. When I saw them, the only thing written on the boxes was "The Ultimate Ice Chest". I pulled out my phone and found them via a Google search and that was their original name.

I used mine pretty much everyday. Always staying in the bed of my truck. I should’ve just kept these for beach or fishing trips. I figured they would be rugged enough for everyday use but alas I was wrong.
I hate keeping my big YETI in the bed because people seem like they carry bolt cutters around now looking for them.
