Lol. I have no problem with a man making some cash, but when he was banned it was portrayed here that he was just doing everyone a favor and not in it to make any money....

He also parlayed a fundraiser hunt.

Not saying it wasn’t a fair market va,he, in fact, it was. $1,000.00 for unlimited hogs and how many deer?

I was hoping he’d do it again cause I’d decided I would break down and treat myself.

that’s how it started and how it was
now it’s gotten big and he’s not getting them made just for us anymore

what is hard to understand about that?

Absolutely nothing is hard to understand about it and I don't blame the guy a bit (I'm actually a bit jealous that I didn't do it first). I'm laughing about all the "he's just doing us good and not making a dime" comments when everyone freaked out about him being banned from here.

He got me a cooler for 1/4 the price of the competition... I’ll consider that a favor. If he’s making $$ doing it, good for him. I don’t give a damn about him and chickens beef.. at the end of the day I got minez.

Anybody use a 65qt for fish? Is it big enough for a day of fishing and a few limits of trout or reds?

Nothing wrong with it but a LOT of people defended him being able to do it on this particular board because he was just hooking a few people up and wasn’t turning a profit.

If he wants to jump in the roto cooler game more power to him. His struggles have always been with distribution, know several people who got coolers missing drain plugs or didn’t get them for months. It’s not that hard to source cheap manufacturing from China, it’s quite a bit tougher to cover sales, distribution, QC, and customer service. I have my doubts about his ability to turn a profit once he figures in those costs, as there are dozens of companies doing the same thing now, but if he can make a buck I’m happy for the guy long as we’re done cluttering up this board with drama over it.

Ordered the backpack cooler this morning. Got a shipping notification 4 minutes after I ordered and will be here tomorrow.

If only there were backpacks of nocolors. I have 0 complaints out of the original 4 I got and paid 1/4 of the price.

Any of y’all have the one with wheels?

Making a set of wheels isn't too difficult. I bought a cheap welder from Harbor Freight, because I wanted to learn how to weld and fabricate things for around the house. I made something similar to this.

Video of how the wheels work.

I think it started out that way and just blew up from there and he figured out he could make a decent profit doing it. NC wasnt the person who originally came up with the idea of a cooler group buy, he’s just the one who grabbed the bull by the horns and turned someone else’s half joking idea into a reality

All you can fit in a 65 yeti with minimal ice is 50 2-3 pound trout. Confirmed this past week.

My 15 year old igloo 120qt has finally shite the bed. My last few surviving Katrina ice chests are hanging on by threads. Time for a new ice chest

Thanks BigHoss.

Academy has the 50qt Magellan for like $120. I pass on both because you know what? Those things are heavy as frick. Add 50 fish and 25lbs of ice and my fat arse can’t carry it.
