I travel to Gretna all the time and either go thru Baton Rouge/woodville/Natchez or take 55 thru Hammond/McComb/natchez

Schexnayder’s in Erwinville used to sell super sacks. I’d try them. We would get beans and bran in bulk. Just make sure you keep it dry.

Thanks and I’ll give them a try. I store it like my corn in 55 gal drums.

Does it? I'm not really sure. I just wanted a few bags of bran to spread out on a open hilltop to try and get some rice to grow. Obviously using normal agricultural practices of course.

I bought 2 tons of sunflower seeds while in south of France last month. Brought it home to save as a memory from out trip. Trailer broke over our lower 40 near some dead trees and dumped the sunflower seeds out everywhere. Terrible loss

Crowley, la. There are several rice mills here. They have 50 lb bags of rough rice, make rice bran, seed rice etc. You want to get it right now. They just harvested first cut and the grain bins are full. Drive down mill Street and start asking.

It was still $10.99 at O’Neals in Ruston, but they dropped it down to $7.99 a bag this week too
