I've had a chainsaw mishap myself..but it was not running. Cutting trees off friends houses after Katrina. Went to lossen the blade nut to tighten the chain...no gloves, socket slipped off the nut....back of my hand slid across the chain.....razor perfect slice across top of back of my hand through all layers of skin, didn't even put a nick in my meat.. Was crazy, I was like we have silver skin just like a deer. Didn't hurt at all until the doc stuck me with the needle to numb it before 8 stitches

Damn that hurt to look at. I HATE a chainsaw. The only thing close is a table saw. I had a radial arm saw though that was as bad as either...got rid of that death trap. Y'all be keerful....
