Looking for some new camo, old stuff is pretty much beat to hell or doesn’t fit anymore. Was looking around and there’s a shite ton of brands now. So, what brands do you guys like? Don’t want to break the bank but I don’t want Kmart quality either.

5.11 tactical has their Realtree stuff on sale a while back. It’s good.
I also have son Kryptek stuff I like. It’s pricy but great quality.

Academy Magellan, something synthetic then a heavy pair of fleece pants and sweater/hoody. I like natural gear fleece, very tick baw.
That would be all you need down here on most days. I also wear a smart wool shirt and synthetic tights/underwear when cold. Add layers if needed but it's rare unfortunately.

Under Armour has their stuff 25% off right now, as does Academy. Their new stuff with the Ridge Reaper patterns is high quality.

Natural gear. Pretty cheap and very durable.

Anyone here use Cabela's Octane pattern?

Thanks for the suggestions so far. Anybody ever tried First Lite?

Game winner is the best value I have found anywhere.
Quality stuff for cheap prices.
At Academy fyi.

Good stuff, up there with Sitka and Kuiu. I have the Uncompaghre puffy (I have no idea how to spell that) and it works very well and packs down to nothing.
One note - they are designed more for active hunting like you would encounter out west humping up and down mountains. I am not sure I would pick it to by cold weather tree stand setup. That said, there are folks that love that ASAT camo for tree stand use and I can definitely see where it would be effective.

Nothing is better than a Sitka, my baw

A buddy of mine is a Drake Outfitter Waterfowl so I use Drake with the Mossy Oak bottom wetlands pattern

This looks like an interesting pattern and it must be popular, they don't have much of it left in normal sizes.

I have the First Lite Woodbury jacket. It is absolutely amazing. I also have some KUIU and UA Ridge Reaper. The First Lite in the fusion pattern is top notch. The Woodbury is designed for still/stand hunting.

It's legit but damn it is expensive. For sure OB baller level stuff. The only way I would touch it would be finding somebody that can get it at outfitter pricing.

this. clothes have actually stepped it up quite a bit,and their fleece stuff is as good as any. in my opinion, their pattern hides better than any pattern available. now then, it may not make you the cool baw, but for effectiveness nat gear gets my vote
