Based on trail cams they don’t move much during extreme storms. But a tornado could make one move.

While I never found any dead deer after the April 27th, 2011 tornadoes I found my way to several dogs, cats and one person in the following days. I saw a cow on top of the remnants of a house in Hackleburg four days after the storms, it wasn’t a priority since the people in the house were dead.

So I would imagine if a deer was in the wrong place it would move quite a bit during a tornado.

A tornado crossed Hwy 84 this evening in Bude. Not far from Lake Okhissa . It leveled a small church.

I know a few folks without power right now. Luckily I still have it just north of St Fran. Hopefully they're able to get it on quick but it looks like it might be all night with the weather still being bad.

Yes , it’s still there . We haven’t been through there in bit with the Homochitto bridge work.

Flat I’m bout 80% sure Lucien took a hit but I may be wrong.

Dub I was wondering how hall made out, heard storm started around your area. We JUST missed it thankfully cause wife (hardheaded) was in a deer stand.

My wife seen 9 while I was at camp trying to explain to her (through broken service) that she may actually die while trying to kill a deer in a tornado.

Glad ole boy was found safe, it was sketchy for a while around these parts!!

I'm finding this out too, I've had two cell cams out since September.

All those times I sat in the cold, wind, rain etc etc - I hardly get any activity during bad weather.

My camera's are on a green field which may affect this but you can clearly tell they prefer stable conditions.
