What owl call do you use for turkey hunting?

Normally I just yell out "who cooks for you" and at a distance it sounds like a owl.

Mouth. Practice a little and you’ll get it

Harrison Hoot Stick. Hook’s Game calls.

Those are really good owl calls. I used to have one and lost it. One day I'll get another one; they're fun calls to play with too.
Day to day, I use my mouth and howl out the first "ahooooh" note that an owl does before he starts cutting up. That'll get a hot bird going every time.

This. You just want to get one owl to respond then you’ve done your job. Don’t walk around the woods hooting like an idiot.

I like the slamming of a truck door well before daylight myself.
I parked right at the gate at a place I was hunting, intending to walk into where I had heard a bird the evening before, about 1/4 mile away.
As I close the truck door, it shut a little more loudly than I intended and woke up a gobbler about 150 yards away. I ended up too close to him in the dark and didn’t get him but it was fun talking to him before he left with a hen .

Although you can tell the sound of it distinctly from a mile away, this is an effective one. A lot better than those $7.99 walmart hooters.

My grandad always taught me to do "who cooks for you, who cooks for you all"

Mouth. Enough practice and you can sound more like an owl than any call you can buy.
