The Ocean is using the Old Town drive

I'm just hoping the pain I'm going through with my newly started workouts helps with pedal drives.

oh yeah, remember when i tried to kill you?
anyhow, riding on the WAT or along dirt roads in Kisatchie should tune up those quads.

No surprise there. Same company. I was kind of surprised they released the predator pdl before a bgII pdl tbh. I think pedal is much more important in a bigwater, saltwater kayak than in a bass yak.

I can definitely see the benefit of pedal drive, especially in current or wind. But, on the other hand, seems like they'd be a bitch in weeds or shallow water.
Right now, I'm working on rigging out my cheapie Eagle Talon. As soon as I've sunk a huge amount of unrecoverable money into that, I'll probably be ready to upgrade to a nicer yak. I'm not sure if I'll be looking to pedal or paddle it, but I want to stay lightweight and maneuverable.

Feel Free just announced they changed the name from Torpedo to Dorado. Should have left it alone IMO.

Jackson has released the Cruise Flex Drive.

Any pics? Can't seem to find any. I was told a few weeks ago this was in the works and was intended to be their cheaper option for the FD.

I saw it on Facebook. I'm at work now and can't post any pics. I believe it's priced at $2199.

Found it, I can't link the Facebook videos but at $2199 it should be a good seller. The hull is a little sharper like the Cuda so it'll probably be quicker than the Coosa FD.

I'm curious about the weight. The Coosa is quite heavy.

Videos said it's supposed to be lighter. I've got to go drop off at bait order to P&P after work so I want to check out their FD if it's on the floor.
