Whats the word on the Lafayette Academy Today? Did they have anything?
I went to both academy's, few walmarts, and laf shooters.
Ended up with 350 rd of 223
I'm back at work today so I'm sure they'll have mags coming out the a-hole.

Academy slidell only had 5 boxes of 45 colt come in...nothing else in the popular calibers...

Hammond had a can or two of TULA 9mm, I scored the only can of 350 rounds of Blazer 9mm. Had some Remington UMC 9mm still there, and a few Winchester White Box in .40. Only HP .45 left from yesterday
They had two stacks of 5.56, I somehow grabbed a box of tracer rounds
The other stuff was sold out in the 5 minutes it took burgeman to make it there after they opened. Scored some expensive Remington .22, there were only two boxes.

Academy Covington had some .45, Hornaday and Win White box. Not a whole lot of anything, really.

I am going to try to go back to Hammond and grab another box of 9mm if they will let me, then at least I am set in that dept for awhile.
Does anyone know what kind of bulk 5.56 Academy deals with, or if they usually have any? I am not going to be there every morning for 20 rounds every two weeks if thats all they carry.

I was just in the area and popped my head in to see the stocking levels. I've been buying ammo all summer at Walmart whenever I saw it in stock (9mm federal 100 packs for 19.99). I normally try and keep a few extra hundred rounds so that I'm not running around buying ammo before I go to the range. I've shot more paper in November and December then I did the previous 6 months combined, so I was just looking to restock my stash. I'll probably slow down my range visits till all this hysteria dies down.

Lafayette Academy has lots of .40 and .45. Some .223 but not much. One 42 round promag .223 left. And no rifles
