Describe 'off' for me. Because I can't think of anything other than hit in the arse and it had to exit the opposite shoulder and hit a bunch of bone that could stop the BT's I'm shooting from exiting. And my money would be on an exit hole even then.

OHHHHHHHHHH!!!

I assumed most rifle bullets were bonded. That makes a lot of sense now.

We have some of the Hornady SST's for a 308.They perform well.The Federal Fusions leave a very nice blood trail also.

I don't shoot balistic tips, so I got nothing to add on that, but I have been laughing at all the people that put absolutely perfect shots on a deer on every occassion throughout their lives.

If you've never made a bad shot on a deer (for whatever reason), I doubt that you've hunted all that much. It happens, to everyone.
