So, did you float it yet? A yak double paddle should make that sucker fly.

Well, post up when you do. That is one of the first that I didn't test run.

The wife is finished cleaning and time to spend some time with her. Had a shite load of people at the house tonight. Y'all have a good one and Happy New years.

Get my son his first fish. He's 26 months now. I figure by Spring we can find a pond and he can catch a bream or two.

Be more efficient, work less hours, and hunt and fish more with sons.

This right here. Just found out another little Doe is on the way, hopefully this one turns out to be a buck as we already have a doe fawn, but I'm good with whatever. Time to kick 2014's arse

My NY resolutions are as follows:

Cut way back on my beer consumption after the game today for the next 6 months.

Not take any moment on earth for granted and show my wife and son this each and every day.

Hunt and fish more. I'm buying a boat in 2014.

Several guns on my bucket list will be purchased. The first of which is going to be a new rifle for me. I've got 6 guns I need and will purchase them this year. After that, my other gun purchases will be for my son.

Lose 15 pounds and keep it off. This will be much more achievable when I cut out the beer.

2013 taught me a lot of things. One of the most important ones was to never take your time here for granted. Happy New Year to all my OB brethren.

I might try to lose some weight, but then again, I might be gone any second and I hate to think that my last meal was a salad

This. If there's one thing I gained from EJW, it was that tomorrow is promised to now one. For most of my life I've pushed from on goal to the next constantly having my eye on the horizon. I have been and will continue to focus on today. To enjoy each and everyone and cherish it and the time with family and friends.

Team Dong would love to help facilitate if you need access to a pond - loaded with too many bream. Granted, you'd have to drive to the hills of St. Franny. It's an open invitation.

As for my resolution:

1. Take a greater role in being the Spiritual leader in our home.

2. Treat my wife with love and respect and always put her needs before mine.

3. Teach the Little Dongs when they make mistakes instead of admonishing them.

Team Dong monitored the Josey thread daily and the posts in that thread went a long way to restoring my faith in humanity. It also showed me that life is a gift and it's temporary.

Peace to you and yours and may 2014 bring you much joy and happiness.

Very simple, very attainable.

Wake up every day and try to be better than I was the day before. Somedays I will fail, Somedays I will succeed.

If everyone did this, instead of making stupid BS facebook resolutions this whole damn world would be better off.
