I've had the Allman Brothers Live at the Fillmore East playing on repeat for a couple of days
Just loaded this on Spotify and listening to it with a roaring fire in the fireplace, Mrs. Dong to my right doing her thing, my goldens at my feet cause they're scared to death of thunder and the boys in the back tearing stuff up, i'm sure. Also, i got a hankering that the music might lead to some SEX.
Life on the OB is good.

I'm different from most OB folk in that I can't stand modern country music. I don't mind the classic bluegrass stuff, but I can't stand the newer country whiny bullshite.
Maybe it's because I'm a bass player and hate how boring all of their stuff is. Or maybe I have a screw loose somewhere...
But if you wanna see a sick jam, check out this one by MuteMath. They started in New Orleans and they jam so hard.
MuteMath - Typical

I enjoy some other genres of music too.
Occasionally I'll listen to some Texas Country or HonkyTonk, sometimes a little Texas Swing, and even a new country song or two here and there.

I listened to George Strait pandora for a solid 4 hours today driving. It's good for the soul.

I have to show some respect to my babies by playing some respectful tunes through them...

You have to watch that station though, they'll slip some faggety shite in there occasionally. I wish they had an 80s George Strait station.
