Would a pump not be less susceptible to jamming than auto?
I have a question about mink oil, what exactly does it do? Thought about trying that next time instead of the Justin apache cream. Or does it do the same thing?

I put some Justin boot cream on my square toes every now and then and it makes them look knew

Is it cool if I bring a really short youth model 20 gauge crack barrel and hit everything even if I'm shooting like shite?

That seems counterproductive

And it's not mine, I can just use it pretty much whenever I want. If it was mine I wouldn't have this dilemma

No, but it would be nice if they did
I was told the stock michelins that came on my 17's on my 07 would go close to 60K, I had new tires by 40K

Thanks. Yea I guess I'll just get a cheaper one and see how I like it. If the sitting bothers me and I see myself using it a lot I'll sell it and dump more money into it I guess

Any way to unanchor it? What did I do wrong?
I've only seen them on those spoons in the package
Tuna steak on the grill

Drinkin protein shakes and a sweet tea
I bought an assortment I h2o express ones that I gave up on trying. Throw bandit 100s when I do now but I don't throw them much and never did very good on em

I caught a crab on one once though lol

I figured out that much

Can't throw a deep crank when my boat is in 6' of water
What do I have to do to be successful with a crank bait in south LA's shallow bayous?
Thanks, anyone use them in salt?

The cardinal did fine for a couple years in fresh but lasted 5 surf trips before locking up completely. And I cleaned and lubed after each trip.

Cheap spinning reel suggestions

I need to replace an Abu cardinal 104 I had on a 7' MH rod that got broken off and a new tip put on. It's really stiff now, I just use it as a catfish and bull red pole and an extra for chicks to use with a cork since they don't know how to set the hook right anyway.

I found the 4000 kinda big but not sure i should downsize for catfish and reds. Want something to hold up to salt for a couple years if I rinse it well immediately after. Most importantly cheap. Not another cardinal though.

Thoughts?

Cool. I'm mostly bass fishing around trees with baitcasters, I'd imagine I'd get a lot of bird nests at first.

Then again I'll probably only fish marsh with it until late in the year

Is it hard to get used to casting that close to the water when you're used to standing?

I've never had one before. Truth be told I've never paddled one before. Looks like a pirogue with a comfortable seat though, can't e that bad.

Why isn't this going back to the top?

Why isn't this thread showing new post?

I strap a pirogue back there for bow season so I figure a yak is no different.

I looked at the ascend and was leaning that way, but not sure if I should look used instead. Is it worth getting something I can stand up in? I stand up and fish 100% of the time right now unless I have the boat run up in cypress knees on top of a bream hole during the spawn. Is it hard to get used to sitting and casting?

I mostly freshwater fish but the yak would let me fish for reds a little more. Would be great for my surf trips to GI

Kayak shoppin'

So outdoor board, I'm a noob when it comes to yak fishing and to the board so bear with me. Already have an aluminum flat at my disposal to fish out of, but I'll probably move (unsure of where exactly yet) by the end of the year and not have as much access to it. So I'm thinking of appropriating some of my tax return funds for a kayak. Where should I start looking? What to look for? I'll probably be able to swing $500 or less. Used? Will I be able to carry it in a 6.5' truck bed with no issue?

Help me fellow green outdoorsman
