I remember my first one in fifth grade for football, they had the entire school there and the seniors went first. the doctor doing the exams was the father of a 6th grader so we all kind of knew him from seeing him around our school but still didn't make it any easier.
when they came out they made jokes about the doctors grabbing their nuts and making them cough. all the 5th graders who had never had this done was scared shitless but we thought they were joking.
they weren't cold arse gloves.

Ok serious question. What is it about the way balls shake when one cougs that allows a doctor to tell if that individual has a hernia?

Coughing increases intra abdominal pressure forcing the intestine through the hernia where it is palpable.

We're feeling for a bulging sac (intestines) being forced down. You actually need to feel up in there and not just hold the sac.

Thats because you guys look at boobs for a living. If you look at them purely for pleasure, as I do, you dont see near as many bad ones.

they just like to play with hanging balls.
i will not even go with the finger up my arse reasons, although the last time this happened to me it was a female PA instead of the male doctor. still didn't make it any better.
