I don't kill them, but there has never been one close to my house.

What's the point of killing a snake?

Don't like em.

I let king snakes and corn snakes and whatnot alone, but I despise water snakes. I think they're a cottonmouth at first glance every damn time and they're always falling in the boat or whackin me on the leg scaring the crap out of me.

Glassman, that's a big snake you're talking about.

She is a true marvel of nature. My uncle lets friends and realtives hunt at no charge on his 700 acres. If someone killed that snake they would not be allowed on the property. I have seen her three times and I literally am in awe of the animal. She is like a 180 scored buck on the property.

I have a picture but it's very large. How do I resize it again? Thanks

Post it and at the end put "width=500". You can play around with the number.

For example:

indigo snake
Pretty interesting creature:

considered to be the largest native snake species in the United States
It often will cohabit with gopher tortoises in their underground burrows,
It has been known to kill its prey by wildly beating it against nearby objects.

Worth it. Snakes should die. It's in the Bible.

Usually hunters and outdoorsmen have a healthy respect for all creatures. I've never understood the hatred of snakes.

Methinks you are a turd.
I keep 2 rat snakes under my house for mouse/chipmunk control. They can't handle the big squirrels, but other than that they are great.
The timber rattlers are cool with me also. Of course, I wear chaps and boots around the big mama (I'm not afraid of snakes like some girly-men on this site)

Non-poisonous broad-banded water snake. The bite doesn't even hurt...much. Been bitten over 100 times by water snakes. Tought to get them off you and bleeds a bit, but not very painful.
