Nice trip today with Justin Bowles

Fished with JB Charters today out of Slidell. Made a long run east through lake Borgne to fish oyster reefs.
We had plenty of throw backs, but we caught just as many 16-18” fish. Released a 22”.
29 specks, 5 whites
I was not expecting to catch the size of fish we caught.
It was hot. No breeze. That’s always more tolerable when you’re catching fish.
Would definitely recommend JB Charters.

Buddy of mine fished Cat Island yesterday and caught many specs, but only a few keepers.

Love Justin. He’s the rare guide that’s a wizard at fishing and just enjoyable to be around. Can’t go wrong booking with him.
