I bought a Porter Cable set, 18v. Drill, Flashlight, Recip Saw, and Circular Saw for $99 a while back. I've seen the same set for $129-$159 recently. It's been good to me for how much I use it. If it's something you use 2-3 times a week, then i'd spring for the Dewalt or Rigid.

Can't beat the Ridgid Lifetime battery warranty. Register, keep track of your paperwork, etc. I've already received 2 new batteries for free, and those are covered for lifetime replacement as well.
