Not an expert but that thing called "Expansion Factor" to the far right might be a good a indicator.

Be sure and give us a quick review on the gun!

The article only looks at penetration and expansion and doesn't measure energy

1/2*mass*velocity*velocity

9mm:
0.5*115*1150*1150=

76,043,750 grains*(ft/s)^2

0.40:
0.5*155*1144*1144=

101,427,040 grains*(ft/s)^2

The 0.40 has about 33% more kinetic energy, but that doesn't necessarily mean more power. That just means more energy. The power will be derived by the bullets interaction with its target.

Well I just picked it up and she is a beauty.
I hope to make it to the range Friday with it.
This is a really nice firearm but you better have some man hands to rack it new out of the box.

Lotta folks (not saying Tigah is one of them) want to define a handgun's ability to stop an attacker as "knockdown power."

Handguns have no real "knockdown power" (nor do some centerfire rifles). Handguns punch//drill holes in people, causing tissue damage. But they don't knock people down.

See this video. Pay particular attention from the 3:30 mark to the end - dudes getting shot with .44 Magnum and .308 rifle.

1)Shot Placement
2)Adequate Penetration
3)Expansion

so long as these are in check you have a dead animal/zombie/attacker

You influence #1

The speed, weight, and caliber of a bullet is the biggest factor in #2

Bullet design influences #3
