I need a better rod, just put the tekota on an ugly stik to get me through a few trips. Line counter is worthless to me btw.

That 2' makes a difference IMO

I would imagine a 200 would suffice, but I haven't been in a 24 with a 200. At WOT in a light chop loaded with fuel and two people I can get to upper 50's and have gotten it over 60. I never run that fast though.

24's start getting really heavy if you go with glass. Ours rides really well, but I wouldn't say it has blazing speed by any means. Even with a motor the size of a Fiat, I'm only maxing out around ~59mph at 5400rpms.

That ain't bad for a heavy nautic star with a t-top. Nautic stars handle the chop pretty damn good.

Yeah it's a pretty deep hull making it a pretty true bay boat which is perfect for how and where we fish half the year. Regardless of boat, you're gonna get wet quartering into heavy chop and a cross wind.

We took a 24' nautic star to the 22 mi rigs a few weeks back, I was impressed.

you got any pics of your boat? carramrod.u91@gmail
If you dont mind, giving the price you paid for it and what you think it would realistically sell for. Im trying to get a good gauge of ranges for the 24's. I feel i know the 22's since there are so many out there for sale.

What reasons are you so set on a pathfinder for? Hull type? Layout? looks?

eta: I wouldn't own another bay boat without jump seats
