Been beat to death on the PT. Its a liberal, there will be thousands of examples of them being hypocrites. No need in giving them any attention here.

The .45 pistol that he bought is responsible for way more murders in the US than the AR-15. Maybe he should turn the pistol in as well.

Idiots.

I swear, some people are so damn stupid.

So he decides to buy an AR to prove how easy it is to get one, by getting a background check and passing because he is a law abiding citizen? seems legit

But doesnt tell anybody for over a week. Once it is discovered that he did so, then he claimed that he purchased it to turn over to the police.

Don't care even if true. I've never met a politician I'd trust.

Arent they from California? Pretty sure that there is already a 7 day waiting period. Not worth looking up.

And what the flying frick does this dip shite think that the 1911 45 ACP (which he plans to keep) was designed for? Does he not realize it was designed as THE military issue sidearm?

AZ, doesnt look like it

quote:

• The dealer will then call or fax the Arizona Firearms Clearance Center for an Arizona clearance as well as a federal NICS (National Instant Criminal Background Check System) check. Usually the check itself will take less than a minute and the resultant answer is either a proceed, a delay or a deny. A delay gives the FBI 3 days to clear it up and before which the firearm cannot be sold. After 3 days the sale can take place automatically. A deny means the sale cannot go through and the purchaser can contact the Arizona Firearms Clearance Center to clear up the matter.
• An Arizona resident may then take possession of the firearm.
