My buddy made a bunch and recipe looks pretty close. Did some at houseboat a few weeks back and they were pretty damn good. He said his grandkids love them.

Those look fantastic. I do something similar, but leave out the veggies (my kids don't like them) and I've never tried the nacho cheese. Might give that a try next time.

I'm glad I'd bookmarked this thread. Turned about 10 lbs of ground meat in to these over the weekend. They came out awesome. Nothing fancy but a solid easy meal for when I'm at the camp.

I used big jim, jalapeno, and datil peppers from the garden. I didn't put any shredded cheese inside of them, I like to put that on top when I cook them. I made around 30 with the Mission tortillas. I ran out and bought some Hola Nola tortillas for the rest. The Hola Nolas were bigger and a lot easier to roll. I suck at rolling a pretty burrito. I was able to fit 1/2 cup of the filling in the Missions and 3/4 cup in the Holas.

They're pretty much all I ate all weekend. My wife was not happy with the side effects.

Thanks for bumping the thread. I know what I’m doing Sunday when I get back from the camp now.

Bout to make some of these. Doesn’t look like you air fried them like the op did. Is that a step that can be missed?

Wrap some in foil before you freeze and reheat over a buddy heater on the stand.

I froze them right after rolling them. I either air fry them or microwave them when I thaw them out to eat them.
