Get some low power binos with a monster field of view. I’ll wait on the budget to make a real recommendation .

If I had unlimited money and was going to buy a kid some binos, I’d get them 10x30 image stabilized sigs.

And I’d take the pures for myself.

Vortex has some binos aimed at youth, the bantam serves for like 70$. I would get that so that when they lose them it won’t hurt as bad as the swaros.

That's how you really flex on the poor arse proletariat buying their kids vortex diamondbacks.

Me, I use Redfields- made in China by somebody else's poor kids

Haha. As for budget I hadn't thought much about it as I use a 20 year old pair of Nikons that work great. I'd guess in the $50-$100 range? I'd pay a little more if it was a deal type thing.

I know nothing about it as I stated earlier but Simmons is running a Virtex Copperhead deal where you get a 4x12 scope and a pair of 10x42 binos for 179 dollars.

My thoughts:

Give the older one your Nikons.

Buy the younger one a set of Vortex bantam 6.5.

If you hunt a fair amount I would invest in a good set of binos for yourself. Buy the nicest ones you can reasonably afford. You generally get what you pay for. Depending on price range I would vote for vortex diamondback (low end), vortex viper or meopta (mid), or vortex razor or Swarovski (high end) . 8x42, 10x42, or 10x50 depending on what kind of hunting you do . You can frequently find pretty good deals on used mid to high end optics on eBay.

Good luck and that’s awesome your girls wanna hunt with dad!!!!!

I wouldn't spend a lot on binoculars for young kids because they have a hard time keeping up with them. I just purchased my 9 and 7 year old grandsons Bushnell and Stryker binoculars on Henderson Auctions Bowie Outfitter sale for around $100. They are 10 X 42 with larger exit pupils. One pair is already gone.
