Looking for a 14-16” flatbottom, where to look?

I have a solid 2004 or so 15hp 2smoker and a 1 season used academy trailer. So just looking for a good papered boat to throw on that setup to get on some ducks this seasons.
Anybody know anybody with a good used 14-16ft (14,15ft preferred) just boat they’d come off of?
Craigslist has Been scarce. Where should I look/check?

There are usually a lot on fb marketplace in the laffayette area. I'm assuming you dont mean welded

I am a welder, so I plan to weld any rivets If that’s what I come across. I know Allwelds usually cost out the azz

Now is the worst time of year to buy a Used small aluminum boat in duck hunting areas FYI. Every tom, dick, and Harry has the same idea as you OP. That doesn’t mean you can’t find one, just not the best time.

Thanks for sharing but way out of my price range. Looking for just a hull, and well under $1k. More in the $500 or less range. Not looking for a boat to take the girlfriend out in a bikini in.
Just need something to throw my 15hp Merc on and put it on my trailer and try to kill some ducks.

Yeaaaahhh I know.
Hoping I can throw my older 14x32 in the deal to get it a bit cheaper. Has a busted floor to side joint back by the transom.
Never could get the paperwork completely so I just hunted it a couple of years and when the registration sticker expired put it under the shed.

I don’t know where your located, but I have a 15ft weld craft that’s been in my way. It’s an older boat has a few battle scars but I don’t want much for it.

Sorry, didn't realize you were looking for just a hull. This thing is fully rigged out. It actually isn't a bad price for it, cause it's a pretty nice little setup.

I don’t have any pics at the moment I’m at work. It’s a 15’ semi V with front casting deck open in the middle. It has a galvanized trailer with roller bunks and a Avery quick set blind frame. Like I said it could use some TLC as it’s just been sitting up for 5 years. No leaks $800 New Roads area. drunken_tiger@yahoo.com
