Buddy of mine who I'm hunting with in Johnson Bayou this weekend works for Williams Gasline. He flies to and from rigs every morning. Yesterday morning he got the pilot to make an extra pass over the marsh and he said every pothole and lake from Sabine Refuge to the coast and from hwy 27 to JB was stacked full of ducks.

I knew he wasn't lying because he was way too excited. I'm pumped for Saturday morning!

Saw a lot of ducks and geese in central LA yesterday evening. Farmer told me they just started showing up the last few days. Thousands of geese.

Also heard a good report from hopedale/Delacroix area.

Should be an awesome coastal opener and east zone opener back to back. I'm friggin fired up!
