Looks like a house cat to me, but definitely a cat. Police chief took the video. LINK

At least the video is not blurry like a big foot video always is

I saw one in the pecos river valley. Had a small deer on the side the road it must have just killed. I dont care if nobody believes me. One was captured in Arizona a few years back. They were here all along

I would tend to believe it probably is. As a LEO, if that chief is pulling a fast one, his credibility is shot. Plus, he has to work with W&F enforcement so he should know what their capabilities are in checking sightings like this out.

Is that a little white dog or cat off to the left?

I’m just suprised someone from Arkansas actually let a four legged animal walk without shooting it

That's way bigger than a house cat.

being an LEO doesnt make a difference

he speaks like your average deer hunter

he has (like almost every other deer hunter in the south) heard stories of black panthers and it is engrained in his mind that any large cat is a black panther regardless

AGFC will go out with a lifesize cutout and stand in that spot and it will be confirmed to be a large housecat

but the news agencies will not report it and people that have watched the video will have already made up their minds about it being a black panther and will continue to pass these stories down to their kids forever and ever and the cycle continues

I know it’s not a black panther.

It also looks like he is hunting in his back yard

What makes you say that? I don't think it's even an overly large house cat.
