I disagree with y'alls crazy burlap/old towel theories.

I put empty coke and powerade bottles underneath, and do everything else the same. Nonetheless, the goal is to keep them cool without submerging any of the goods in ice water.

It's all the same shite. Newspaper, burlap, old towels, piece of plywood, Gatorade bottles.

Keep them on ice without letting them touch the ice. Let the water drain. Leave lid cracked open.

Nah, the burlap does work best. I'm just messing with you.

I use the plastic bottles because there are usually 4 or 5 rolling around in the back of my truck.

Come drink and play golf with us a the Bay Hills, then move to Fritzs for more beer, then after that you can pick up crawfish. Go home with the buzz and crawfish, its a win win.

Thank me later.

Is there time for a quick run to lac-boeuf de tete before the first tee time?

Waiting to hear if I'm going offshore. My grandma lives on 115 a few miles past there.

Not sure what tee time is yet. Hoping for a later one since I am going chase a bird that morning. If not the clubhouse will have cold beer no matter what time I get there.

Bourg, if you around come make a stop by Fritzs in Cottonport. Dice games start a 3 o'clock sharp Friday afternoon.

right now throw them in the shade with a blanket on top, hit them with water every now and then

ETA: you can ice them if you want but this time of year you almost have to be trying to kill them
