Back door in Jarreau, LA
68 degrees with gas furnace
Browning A bolt Medallion in 308 Winchester loaded with hornady 150 grain SST.

Watching the Pursuit channel and the field/canal bank from the recliner. Got the rifle propped up by the back door and a sack of corn poured on the canal bank. Only 88 yards away if he shows. Good luck to all, especially the folks outside chasing these unfair playing critters.

4 deg here in Gainesville Ga. Feels like -13 outside but I will never experience it. I am staying inside.

Just two more days then I can head south and get warm. Got a few more pictures of Lake Lanier yesterday from one of the local guys. Lake temps are plummeting. Miss fishing here but dont miss this weather.

They have to move this morning, let the sun get up and warm up a little.

I decided I’m not going to the stand until 11am and will sit until dark. Nothing moved yesterday morning, but we were over run with activity from 3pm until 3am. A lot of chasing occurring here since 4:30pm yesterday.

A lot of activity last night around our house in Smithdale . We have a Christmas get together at my wife’s grandmas around lunch. I’ll make an appearance and will get in the stand around 3.

How loud are those heaters? I thought about getting one, but my feeders are about 40 yards from my blinds

Took my daughters gay poodle doodle behind the house to see if he would get a duck. Also had my lab just incase. After watching Buddy (the lab) pick up 2, Brees (the gay doodle) picked up one across half ice half water. Pretty fun. Slough didn't have the gads I expected but got an easy limit of woodies.

Basically silent except for a slight hiss now and again. I’ve shot deer 20 yds away and they didn’t hear the heater.
