I've used this wonderful site for years. Now someone has gone and replaced it with Wundercast, which is horrible.
I was googling to find out what happened and found this post:
This is The Weather Company's phone number 978-983-6300. They are the ones responsible for doing this. Pass this number along and CALL THEM AND LET THEM KNOW THIS CANNOT STAND, PUT INTELLICAST BACK UP LIKE IT WAS!! CONTACT ejean@us.ibm.com ....I just talked to him and he said send him e-mail complaints and he will pass them up the line. Our voice must be heard...
I've just emailed my complaint. Please do the same if you're of the same mind.

Thought Intellicast was going bye bye a year or so ago? It was my go to until they forced me to use another app called Storm.

with Intellicast I could zoom in and see the systems much better for where I hunt, fish and work...
I'll call...
when I hit it up this morning I was disgusted...

We pour hundreds of yards of concrete at a time.....good weather app is imperative.
Intellicast was the most accurate radar I've used in years.
Wunderground sucks.

Statement:
Intellicast Merges with Weather Underground
Starting January 17, 2019, we began redirecting traffic from Intellicast.com to wunderground.com. Even though the Intellicast name and website will be going away, the technology and features that you have come to rely on will continue to live on wunderground.com.
For almost 20 years, Intellicast has provided expert weather information to pilots, marine professionals, government organizations, media outlets and weather savvy individuals across the world. Through our advanced research and sophisticated radar and forecasting technology, we’ve been able to offer consumers highly advanced weather products. As you may know, Intellicast has been part of The Weather Company for quite some time now. Since joining The Weather Company in 2012, our organization has worked closely with fellow weather service provider Weather Underground, known for hyper-local weather data and its large global network of personal weather stations. Later in 2015, IBM acquired The Weather Company. This change showed a next step in that continued evolution, while continuing to offer superior forecasting and weather products to consumers and businesses.
As both Weather Underground and Intellicast are committed to providing the most accurate, local weather information possible, it was quickly evident that combining our data networks, advanced technologies and engineering resources would allow for enhanced accuracy and usability of our products, radar and forecasts.
With this in mind, we decided to merge with Weather Underground. We first notified users of the coming change on the intellicast.com site starting Dec. 6, 2018. We believe by aligning our companies, we can provide users with an unrivaled weather service. The transition has brought together incredible meteorologists, engineers, and designers from both teams to further our ability to bring the most sophisticated and detailed weather information to you.
In recent months and years, you’ve likely noticed some changes to the Intellicast site as we’ve incorporated the Weather Underground personal weather station network, along with several charts, graphs and mapping features from Weather Underground. Weather Underground users have also noticed some changes as we’ve integrated Intellicast’s high-definition radar and interactive boating maps.
We want to personally thank you for choosing Intellicast as your weather service provider over the years. Your continued support and reliance on receiving the most accurate weather information has continuously inspired us to innovate products that have put us at the forefront of the latest forecasting technology. We look forward to continuing to serve you under this new partnership and brand.

I too have been hooked in with Intellicast for a long time and this is by far the best site I’ve found after
much trial and error. The present incarnation is nowhere the same quality as Intellicast and, for
me, is a blatant failure. Not onboard with WU which
will always be at the bottom of the heap!

Thanks for the link Me1972. That's pretty detailed. I'll use that radar now.

I noticed the change this morning. The Wunderground mobile site looks like complete shite.

Would someone please try LINK or 96.8.93.198 ?
Please report if it works.
It looks like the old Intellicast site, EXCEPT without advertisements. I don't think it's an old image of the site, as everything LOOKS up to date. On some machines the "LINK prevents getting to the proper site, or on others, is seems needed (please excuse me, I'm NOT a software engineer).
Here's hoping it continues to work, if it's real. Please let us know.

Radar seems to be working, but can't get a forecast to show for Virginia Beach. Also had to change https to http to get it to work.
