I almost did that once, showed back up early Christmas Eve, left day after Christmas to head back up to the camp.

I was working planting trees and trying to pay for a ski trip though.

The wind has calmed down and the temp is dropping. Lil cousin sitting with me is about to give himself whiplash the way he keeps nodding off. Still haven't seem anything but a squirrel.

Lil brother is back home from the Seminary for Christmas. He's on the feed with his 45-70 looking for the 8 point that's been frequenting it. I'm in my chair with the 308 looking at a draw between two sloughs mainly looking for bacon.

Good luck errybuddy

Got skunked this morning in the duck hole. Saw a few that weren't willing to work. Good news is I don't have to clean my shotgun. Bad news is I don't have to clean my shotgun.

Hoping to make some racket soon.
