Update:
As a peace offering, I took the neighbor fishing. Upon our return, he was walking across his yard and noticed this:
the Rye grass kicked in after the little cool snap. If you haven't read the whole thread, it says "I like boys" and will only get fuller with time.
So in a totally unoriginal prank, neighbor decides to retaliate with this CL post:
I received at least 30 texts and 10 phone calls. I finally got him to pull the add this am. Any OB'ers call me?

Ive done kinda the same thing as the rye grass, but i used roundup during the summer. Dude would walk his dog in the morning so it could piss in my yard and kill my grass, so i drew a dick in his new grass he laid earlier that week. Didnt hurt my feeling one bit
