I dont usually let wild creatures walk but when I do, they are treated like royalty.

Glad to have this guy around:

Oh, he mad. Was even shaking his tail like a rattler. Have never seen that with a King.

I highly dislike all snakes but this species is my least unfavorite.

Despite my wife's objections I have a king snake lurking around our house. He gives me the creeps, but he's earning his keep.

Just don't try to pick him up because they're mean as hell and you are definitely going to get bit.

I haven't seen a speckled king snake in a while. I would never kill one.

I will always let a varmint eating snake have a spot in my yard. One was living under my A/C unit between it and the slab. He was thick and healthy!

Of course I'm kidding. Those things are snake-killing machines.

Neither have I.
It's been 20+ years.

Remarkable.

He was very docile until I stirred him up by the tail.

It was rattling/shaking so I had to touch it (with a shovel).

He struck but missed.

Have you ever seen them shake their tails?

I haven't, but I don't mess with them. Maybe he's been eating a bunch of rattlers. You are what you eat ya' know.

Snakes don't walk.

You let it slide.
Get it right.
