Sheephead on the half shell are delicious. We have also boiled them in crab boil, debone, and make a mock crab salad with them. They would probably make great "crab cakes" too.

I don't know. My digestion has been good lately. I'll tell y'all. Any of y'all have bad heart burn and indigestion. I started taking trubiotics. Helped 100 percent.
