My hydraulic deck floats just fine.
But you better down your beer because the ride will have your drink flying everywhere LOL

Learning how to run a zero turn and simultaneously drink beer is an art form

I have never done this because I don't have a zero turn.

ETA: I thought I saw a zero turn the other day with a steering wheel....?

Is there such a thing?

I bought a used SnapperPro 48" ZeroTurn commercial mower with a 19 HP Kawasaki a couple of years ago. It was a 2005 model with only 195 hours, and cost me about the same as an inexpensive zero turn from a big box store. The thing is solid as a rock. I will never buy anything but a commercial grade mower again.

for 7500 I could get my grass cut for 8 years, not including my time spent mowing, oil and gas, maintenance, repairs, etc. frick cutting my own grass.

I paid almost $14k for mine after taxes and fees. It's a beast! Pros: I can cut my entire 6 1/4 acre yard in just under 2 hours if I push it and it doesn't matter if its 3 inches high or 9, it blows right through it. Cons: its friggin HEAVY. Like 1800lbs heavy. And I live in SWLA where we get like 6' of rain a year and the ground stays soft.
