ETA: Is the pontoon boat carcass also yours?

No. It's junky around there. That stuff isn't sitting on the property. There are old cars and boats rotting all in the woods.

Neighbors are flying the confederate battle flag.

I figure all I can do is clean up my place the best I can and make what's mine nice. I'm the last camp on the road in a string of junky camps. Past my place the road is fenced off with a nice gate. It looks like they have it going on.

Does it have central air and heat?

Just window units and space heaters. I'd love to get a wood burning stove in it.

I’d get one of those.

Here’s one for sale from Northern Tool

I found this wall paneling. I want to redo all the interior walls with something like that.

Congrats! Screw all the jerks saying you need to bulldoze it. Looks the way a camp should look.

That's what I'm saying. I know it's a dump, but I've stayed in worse.

When I first saw it, I could see the potential. I didn't pay much at all for the place, so the remodel budget is fat.

For the most part it's just a place to cook, shite and lay our heads. We'll be on the lake or outside by a fire 90% of the time.

Damn, that paneling looks nice. Hope it all looks like that when finished? Invest in some ceiling tiles too.

I have my eye on this one. They just built a new dock-I guess just for the sale.

I see my old couch and loveseat made it to Louisiana. Do you have the matching solid green recliner too?

Nice.

Toledo is a different level. Seems like even just a single wide trailer on a lot will run $60,000-80,000 or more depending on the view and proximity to water.

I saw that same stuff at Lowe's, and it does look great, and they had a more gray looking version too.

I love how that looks. I’d want it on the river where I am.

I’d blow off the leaves to see what’s underneath.

Keep non poisonous snakes to kill rats, etc.
