Grille guard=A couple of pieces of tubing that just wraps around the grille and light. Saves you from birds, small branches, empty trash cans
Replacement bumper=A whole bunch of iron that allows you to crash into anything as long as you aren't going fast enough to bend the frame.

LOL all of that came from my boss. Says back before they really frowned on this kinda stuff, they would get piss drunk at the camp and then get in the truck and go ride around looking for a deer to smush. Said he's got it set to just the right height to where you catch em with the corner and it only hits the head. Crazy bastard. I bought the truck from him.
ETA: The garbage cans were my doing. People leave them in the middle of the road and I don't go all the way around them.

you looking for a replacement bumper or just a bolt on brush guard for looks? Personally I would go the replacement route and have some real protection not to mention they look mean as hell. Ranchhands are some of the more reasonable $$$ wise but Warn, Road Armor, Fab Fours, Buckstop etc all make some damn nice ones.
ETA: I had the Warn replacement bumper with grill guard on my last truck a 2002 F-250 4x4. That thing was a beast but weighed about 250 lbs. You could run over damn near anything.

Never heard of road armor. Didnt want a ranch had for my truck...everyone has one. Like the way they look on the 2011 F-250's might be pissing the wife off pretty soon
