works like a charm. this is what I used to do before I had a car with paint on it. I'm famous among my friends for never spending more than I have to on a vehicle. If i can get by with an old beater I will. Having A/C and good gas mileage are all I need

Two questions...
1) did you shoot that doe in the jaw?
2) you couldn't hang and clean somewhere near the property and put the meat in an ice chest? I can only imagine what it smells like opening up that hot trunk after a 5 hour ride during bow season,

negative. I'm of the opinion that headshots are unethical when there is a bigger target. I double lunged her with a bow. it's hard to see but the arrow entered high and came out low. she was close.

I only had to drive them about a mile to the cleaning shed in both cases

I hear you, the pic just makes it look like half the jaw is blown out. Guess it's an illusion from the blood and hair.

We normally keep an old izuzu trooper up there. My cousin usually drives it and rather than field dress and wait until he gets out of the woods I just load up the camry.
