Who is braving it out there with the north winds and wintery mix?

I’m going to crawl up in box stand with the heater, snacks and .308 and wait for something to walk out

Edit: Nvm, school has been cancelled and the wife is still going in to work. Looks like I won’t be in the stand on a vacation day I burned, unless I can talk one of the boys into going.

I just got the message that my office is closed tomorrow and am thinking about it. But breaking ice To get to the pond doesn’t sound like a whole lot of fun at the moment.

Just got to our place in NE LA. Layering up and about to hit the woods. I probably saw close to a hundred deer on the sides of the road feeding. Hoping that wind isn’t too bad.

Good luck baws

I feel your pain. Had no plans of hunting today, but I had to burn a day because our daycare closed.

In a ground blind in a Hardwood’s between 2 thickets 300 yards apart. Seeing lots of movement but it’s just the wind blowing limbs and leaves and branches

With major storms left me this in the South, the time to hunt is right before it hits and right after temps top 32.
