I was just picking with ya baw.
Honest to goodness I thought I was in the OT lounge until after I posted. I just knew it was about to turn into a chitshow.
The OB is a fricking oasis after leaving the wasteland: where men are men, trolling is frowned upon, and guns are kept in vehicles.
(I may of had a bourbon or 2 or 3 as well.)
Merica.

Forget the brand name of you don’t like Kel-Tec,
But the SU-16 series fits the parameters of a truck-trunk gun perfectly for a .223
I dont care for the bipod at all. But it fits. Takes ar mags
ETA, I don’t drive a truck, just a 17 pathfinder. You can fold it into your back storage well with room to spare.

None of my research backs up his claims.
Likely he's wrong. He's prolly voicing his uninformed opinion or parroting what he's heard someone else say without having researched. I've found the Handugun Law site is very helpful.

Looks to me as if that applies to carrying a concealed weapon on one's person. You're talking about having a gun in your vehicle. I wouldn't think that the above paragraph would apply in your situation.

Keep a cheap gun that you can live with losing under the drivers seat at all times.
