I have been wanting a flats boat for a couple of years now. There are a couple of flats/skiff groups on facebook that cover from Texas to Florida and used to have some really nice boats for sale. I had to get off of them cause I really want to buy one but kid #3 says otherwise.

I'm with you guys on the Ankona Cayenne. Seems like a boat that someone could also get into brand new for not an outrageous price and it is very well built and will really show you what you want/need in a boat.

You can get a very nice newer skiff for 30k if you’re willing to drop down in HP to a 60-90 range. Just be ready to jump on a boat as soon as you see it, because they go fast.

They have those and microskiff for sale pages. Also join the Florida boats for sale pages of you're willing to travel.

They also have some Hewes owner's groups that you can look through if you want.
