help me age this buck...plz

My dad calls the whole family about this monster he's got a picture of today. This is very good genetics for our lease and I'm trying to convince my family this is a young deer.
PS after hearing him talk, no way this deer makes it to next year. But ive got to try.

That deer is not old, but if that's bigger than anything he's ever killed, and he's that damn excited about it, be happy for him if he kills him. Not too many things make old men happy.

He's got multiple 130+ deer in the storage building. I think his 'big deer' gauge has shut off here lately. If he's happy with it, I'll be happy for him.

2.5 MAYBE 3.5 but no way he's fully mature.... that said he would be on the hit list of most everyone I know in South Arkansas.....
