Recently noticed a bit of water under the sink and the fridge line is the culprit. The piece that goes from the line to the cold water, more specifically. It's old and I can't seem to find a replacement looking online. The first pic is the piece and the second pic is the gap where it goes. Another problem is, there is water leaking from the fridge line right where the female piece you see on the left side in the second pic. What are my options? I can obviously call a plumber if need be, but I'd rather not if I can help it.

Is the fridge water line wrapped in tape?

That looks like a 1/4" copper line in the 1st pic. I'd guess the plumber just fabricated it.

This is what you have.

LINK

Go get one of these and hook it up. I recently bought a new fridge and took the opportunity to replace the old copper line and poor connections.

Is it possible to run new line? if not youre probably gonna have to cut that tubing and put a new flare nut on it then hook up a short poly line to the water output being it wont reach. If possible replace the whole thing with poly.

Can you run a new line through the back of the cabinets to the fridge? If so, that is what I would do.

You can get new fridge water supply lines in several lengths. I would recommend braided stainless.

If you’re having to run a new hose a long ways, you’ll probably have to get a plastic hose. If it’s short go with a braided line.

All of that needs to be redone. Those fittings look like something out of a crack house.

Go to Home Depot and get the poly line linked above, duct tape the end of the new line to the end of the old one and pull it through the cabinets or whatever, attach both ends and.....

Buy a set of box wrenches and stop using channel locks

Use whatever the hell will fit under a cabinet. Stubby box end clamped in vice-grips then whacked with a piece of 3/4" iron pipe? Sure, whatever it takes...

What you are looking for is a flare nut wrench. Also, get a plumber to put in a replacement copper line or do that yourself. Stay away from the poly lines.
