I enjoyed it, awesome looking bird. Can't say if I've ever seen one in person

I really enjoy the Buntings. Last year, we had these, some Painted Buntings, Summer and Scarlet Tanagers through around this time of year. We haven't had the bird seed out this year though, so we haven't had any.

Great pic! Had 8 of them munching on my uncut annual blue grass yesterday morning. Beautiful birds. I glanced at them and thought they were blue birds but then realized they were bluer than blue birds.

Some people in these responses need to go back to the OT.

My FIL keeps feeders out all over his property. Indigo Buntings always stop at his place. Pretty spectacular birds. They really stand out.

It's the bird I hear the most, yet see the least during migration.

Where was the photoshopping done? Can you post original so I can see the difference? I'd like to see the photo quality vs the photoshop quality. Good looking bird, regardless.

Not much on non-gamebird/songbird photos, but good subject material regardless.

Great Pic OP...Very cool

And there's always a few posters that frick up every board, Bossier seems to be the resident retard on the OB. I initially thought he was a troll, but it's obvious he can't help his "condition"

Sure, here is the original. Did some spot removal, fixed his beak, brought the color up a bit, and added a blur.

That's a blue grosbek on your feeder. I've got those coming to my seeding out deer plots.

Solid decision on the catch, photo, and release.

It needed another year.
