2018 GMC SLT premium package with heated and cooled leather and navigation MSRP $53345 sale price $37519. I know there are always a few guys on here looking for new trucks. This is just a local place around me I bet the big guys in Texas have some great buys. LINK

Looks like a hell of a deal. Wish this were two months from now because I'll be truck shopping and I'd be all over that.

That is a pretty good deal. Very similar to my F150 deal, about the same sticker and sale price.

I was very close to pulling the trigger on a similar deal but decided to hold off for a 19. Hoping they dont take pricing to the next level because 40 is all I am paying for a damn truck.

They come out this fall, it is a new body style and while I don't plan on getting rid of the next truck I buy until the wheels fall off I don't wanna take the hit on possible resale value. That and I am a GMC guy and the new Chevy's look better than the new GMC so maybe I'll save a couple bucks going with the chevy.

I've been tricked into buying guns, reels, camo and who knows what else on this board. You're not convincing me to buy a new truck too!

Just got an F150 STX with a sticker of 41.6k for 30k in Houston. Problem with Ford deal (if they are still doing them), is it stops at Lariats. Luckily I was looking for more of a base model. Tried to see if a King Ranch had a deal that made it worth spending the money and they really weren't budgung a lot. Not 10-12k that is.

same. ended up with an STX because it was more loaded and cheaper than a comparable chevy. I think I paid right at 30 or 29 and some change in new Orleans.

I’ve been looking at those at that same dealership. It’s hard to beat that deal.

What dealer in Houston? I’m looking for an F250 Lariat.
One of the dealers has a 2017 I would be willing to take off their hands but they won’t budge on the price. I can get an 18 in Dallas for cheaper.

Yep, just saw Sterling in Opelousas is taking $15k off of the SLT. I'm no GM guy, but that's tempting.

Odds are there will still be 'some' out there even after the '19s come out so don't give up.

That is the plan, hoping to get a deal on an end of the year GM SLT of Fx4 lariat when all the new models come out.

Just picked up a 2018 chevy 4x4 texas edition. Leather, 20's and bed cover with bed lighting 34.5k out the door at Ray Chevy. They also threw in 5 year extended warranty. I could have gotten the z71 for close to the same price but didn't care for the painted bumpers they all had and the 18" rims.

Unless you want oil pressure problems, possible transmission problems, and guaranteed ac problems buy something other than a gm.

You may not get all the options you want but you can add them with the $$$ you'll save

I know, right?

I have a 1999 Tahoe and had to replace my transmission at 200,000 and my A/C compressor at 215,000. What a drag.

Seriously-my 2007 Yukon Denali has 115,000 without a lick of problems (needs new shocks, though) and my wife’s 2017 Tahoe has 40,000 without any hiccups.

GM’s are good to go. I don’t know anyone with a newer model 1500 pickup that is having any problems.

Well I did. 3 broken door handles, 2 trips in for emissions, broken fill tube for transmission, broken dash had to be replaced replaced ac blower motor, replaced both tail lights due to water, and developed a lifter knock all under 3 years and 38,000 Miles.

My buddy has a 2016 Tahoe that he would burn if he could. Replaced the transmission, auto ride system, and numerous problems including the Chevy shake steering problem they still can’t solve.

No thanks gm
