Fellas, thinking about getting a 43x for EDC but I'd prefer carry more than 10 rounds. Does anyone have any recommendations on magazines with more capacity? Had read some bad things about some Shields. Thanks.

This is why I switched from g43 to p365… ended up with a better trigger, smaller gun, and more capacity. Sorry I can’t help with the magazine question.

There’s a 15 rounder sold for the 43X, but some of the reviews indicate some issues.

Thanks, I like Glock and I know it's probably silly but I'm convinced now any Sig is gonna go off if I drive over a bump.

Love my 43x MOS.
Bought two Pro mag 15 rd mags, all steel, from Palmetto Arms. Yet to have an issue.

I've got the polymer 15 rounder Magpul that PSA sent me with my Dagger, that would be convenient!

No experience with the 15rd sheild mag, I almost tried it but figured if ten didn’t work 5 more wasn’t going to help me. I normally keep a spare mag in the console of my truck.
That being said my 43x mos might be my fav carry gun.

P365 with a 12 rounder is where its at.

If youre bent on a glock, G26 with a 12 rounder is the OG concealed carry high capacity rig.

There are some 15 round mags for it. Some work, some not as well.

Not as slim but a Glock 26 takes Glock 19 mags, use with X-grip sleeves and you've got 15+1 and no reliability issues.

You didn’t see that the Air Force thing was bullshite?
Or you don’t notice the screw shoved up into the trigger housing that made them go off???
Or you didn’t research about all the Glock accidental discharge lawsuits?

Actually I did see it was BS, that's why I made the joke about reading the interwebs

Glock 26

Doesn't get the love it deserves anymore. Its not much thicker than anything else and gets you all the great glock modular benefits. A glock 26 with a 12 round glock mag is a very excellent concealed carry rig

Sorry, clearly didn’t pick up on that.

Carry on, I’ll see myself out.

I found that my Glock 26 with G19 mags has the exact same length in the grip as it does with the stock 10-rd mags and Pierce grip extenders. And more comfortable to shoot too.

Personally I like a glock 26 with the flush 10 rounders the best out of any concealed carry option, but I will never admit that online ever again.

Im a revolver fan...

10 rounds is enough to keep you alive, I bet. I often carry a 5 round revolver and it’s been more than enough so far.

I used the shield arms 15 rounder in mine and have had a single issue. You do have to change the mag release to metal.
