Slow day, only pulled in 3 reds, and then around lunch time we fished the canals nears the marina and caught a bass. I know a few other OB'ers were out there, any luck?

very slow... wind had the water murked up. Fished quite a few spots that have been hot recently with nothing.

Went down to put the purple martin houses up at the camp. Wind was blowing rather briskly which made me glad I didn't launch either boat. Glad I stayed dockside reading these reports.

Woke up, went outside and felt the wind. nope, too much wind.
i instead decided to drink and install outdoor speakers in the man cave so the rest of the neighborhood can listen to swamp pop.

I went out in the DU and caught 1 red and 1 sheephead. wind was kickin and the water was muddy. i tried fishing the northeast side of lake mechand and didnt catch anything. Caught a red at the power line turnoff on the main canal. All in all it was a beautiful day.
