Firearms/fishing rods/outdoor things that have been passed on to you

Here's my list already of what I have been passed down. Everyone of them holds a special place in my heart because of my love for the outdoors.
16 gauge side by side shotgun from my great grandpa.
Compass passed on to me from my dad. Vietnam Army training compass.
.22 single shot competitor rifle from my late grandma.
Original Lews Speed Spool Reel and pistol grip rod from my late grandpa
Remington 870 20 Gauge shotgun from my dad.
My brother gets his 7MM Mag with a bad arse Swarovski scope because him and my dad are both shoot left handed and he custom made the stock to be left handed. And the original Bear compound bow cause the sights are set up for a left hander.

Oh and my cousin got my uncle's 9MM that was used in Vietnam that he gave to him and he said "don't ask what I have used it for, period"

I got my Grandpaws Winchester M59 12 Gauge. Badass gun.
My other Grandpaw is still alive, but I imagine I'll get quite a few guns from him one day. I already have his Marlin Golden 30 30-30.
I have a bunch of my Dad's guns already, including a Winchester 30-30 and a sweet 870 Wingmaster 20 gauge.

Grandfather's offshore tackle. Several Penn Senators, and a Penn International and more trolling lures than I will ever use. Especially since the only boat I own is a 15' aluminum hull with a 40hp. If I had the money I would buy back his Boston Whaler 27' offshore with twin 250's

an old crack-barrel 38 (that I'm afraid to shoot but it would make the perfect drop gun)

Nothing from relatives, but did get a PPK probably unfired and some Fenwick rods with some mint old Ambassador reels from an old friend.

Depending on the make and grade of those side by sides, they could be worth a good deal of money. Take care of them...

If you know what you have wonderful, but many see a side by side and think it an inferior gun to the latest and greatest auto. Subgauge guns bring a premium, because fewer were made. Names like, Parker, L.C. Smith, Fox, Lefever, especially in graded (more engraving) are highly sought after. Please don’t shoot these guns with high pressure shells (there is more to it than low and high brass) not to mention it will rattle your fillings loose.
