I'd rather my friends blow up a spot than other people I don't know. I guess I just don't mine if friends fish spots I tell them about. If you can get out there more power to ya.

not fishing related as I was a river rat this weekend due to wind but 99% of wakeboard boats are driven by fricking douchebags

Same. I have exactly five people that I tell when, where, & what I catch even when they're not fishing with me because I know they will do the same.

If you are not them, then you'd better look around the area of the exact spot I told you or sometimes you may not even be in the same ballpark.

*My fish this weekend were definitely down the pipeline canal in Bayou Black.

Cane River this time of year would make you want to shoot any ski/wakeboard boat owner on sight...

If you're fishing more crowded areas and someone is trolling a whole shoreline, just give em some space. Don't cut them off (within a reasonable distance) and you're good.

i brought this up because we were in Coco recently and fishing trinity bayou with 100 other boats (TB is no fricken secret). well most people do have their trolling motors dropped and are scooting around looking for fish. well our trolling motor isn't working properly, so we pull up to a spot and anchor. no one there made a big scene of it, nor did anyone have reason too. however a friend on my boat, who's never fished in coco, was all worried about how close we were to another boat who was scooting around with his trolling motor. we were easily 150 yards or more away, and there wasn't any real proof he was coming where we were anyway.

regardless i didn't feel i did anything wrong, and still dont. but was just curious.
